Your content
You keep the rights to photos you upload. By publishing a creation publicly or unlisted, you're allowing anyone with the link to view it, and (unless you turn off remixing) to build a new creation starting from your design. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use, and don't upload anything illegal, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. We can remove content that breaks this.
Pro purchases
Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there's nothing to cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. If something goes wrong with your purchase, email semsum1@hotmail.com and we'll sort it out.
No warranty
MECCHA CHAMELEON Studio is provided as-is, run by one person as a hobby project. We do our best to keep it up and your data safe, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
